Project Scope:

  • Exterior 2.5″ Centria/Metl-Span insulated metal panels
  • Multi-toned Dri-Design metal panels
  • Custom 3D ACM chromatic panels
  • Flashing for all metal panels
  • Exterior stone, faux wood, and windows

Bassett Construction supplied and installed exterior 2.5″ Centria/Metl-Span insulated metal panels, multi-toned Dri-Design metal panels, and custom 3D ACM chromatic panels. Bassett also installed flashing for all metal panels, exterior stone, faux wood, and windows.
On the interior of the casino, Bassett installed Armstrong ribbon panels in the Line and Lure restaurant.

Designed to Reflect Northwest Culture

The $510 million, 368,000 square foot project was designed to reflect Northwest culture and honor the heritage of the Cowlitz Tribe. The building uses stone, wood, and glass materials. Lighting fixtures include chandeliers made of curved art glass that overlaps likes waves. Pendant light fixtures in the lounge are designed to resemble slices of tree trunks. On the interior of the casino, Bassett installed Armstrong ribbon panels in the Line and Lure restaurant.
